01 / THE WHOLE PICTURE
Daily records give your conversations a starting point. Look at what clients eat, how they move and how they rest, then make room for how they feel.

Meal photos · Editable estimatesSteps and workouts add context to a food diary. Clients send a tracker screenshot, an export file from their wearable app or a short text, and daily movement sits alongside nutrition.

02 / BUILT AROUND YOUR CLIENTS
Clients log what they eat, what they do and, if they choose, how they feel. Top Nutritionist organises those entries into reports. You review the records and give your clients guidance directly.
Review meals, activity, sleep and wellbeing notes in daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Clients can create a report link for their nutritionist or trainer and revoke it when they choose.
The application records entries, estimates food quantities and displays summaries. It does not choose meals, prescribe workouts or generate personal recommendations.
03 / A ROUTINE THAT FITS
Clients enter their records in Telegram. The assistant handles diary entries and summaries; their nutritionist or trainer provides guidance separately.
Choose a meal type and send a photo or description. The illustrated chat shows a snack entered with a food photo.
The bot asks when you had the meal. Tap “Now” or type the time, such as 8:30 or 14:00.
The confirmation reads “Meal logged!” Today’s total is 230 kcal, with 7.5 g protein, 44.5 g carbohydrates, 2.5 g fat and one meal logged.
The bot then asks what you would like to record next and shows the meal menu.
YOUR WEARABLE, IN CONTEXT
Bring activity and sleep into your diary with screenshots and supported CSV, JSON or ZIP exports. Direct Oura connection is in preparation and is not yet available to the public.
Top Nutritionist is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Oura.
A FEW USEFUL DETAILS
No additional Top Nutritionist app is needed if they already use Telegram. Web reports open in a browser. Telegram itself is required to use the assistant.
Yes. Log meals by photo or text and enter activity or sleep details manually. A wearable is optional.
Authorised service staff can access records to operate the service. A report link gives anyone who holds it access to that report, so share it carefully. Clients can revoke their links from the bot’s Web report menu. See our privacy notice for details.
New users receive 100 free credits, and each analysis uses credits. More credits are bought through PayPal: see Buying credits. The bot shows your balance with /balance.
No. It records entries, estimates food quantities and organises reports. Your nutritionist or trainer gives guidance directly.
The daily and weekly report illustrations are proposed designs with example data. Current reports have a different layout. The Telegram example is a redrawn conversation showing food entry, time selection and daily totals. A daily overview, adjustable views and a schedule for client- or professional-entered plans are on the design roadmap. Scheduling is not available yet.
It records, it does not measure. A client can send a voice message of up to five minutes or a text about how they feel, what they did and what they ate. The bot transcribes it, keeps the full text, lists what was said and marks the connections the client named, for example between a workout and how they felt during it. We store only what the client chooses to tell us. There are no questionnaires, mood scores, clinical assessments or advice. The professional reads the notes and talks with the client directly.
