Get started with the assistant, access your reports, or enquire about using Top Nutritionist with your clients.

Your Telegram assistant

Open @topnutritionist_bot and select Start. The /help command explains the available diary and report features.

Client reports

Use /access in the bot to link your Google email, then sign in to your client report. You can also create and revoke share links from this menu.

For nutritionists and trainers

Clients can share report links with you. Dashboard access is granted individually by the operator. Existing invited professionals can sign in here.

Buying credits

Credits are paid through PayPal. Sign in to your client report, press Buy credits, choose a package with its price in euros including VAT, press Pay with PayPal, sign in to PayPal and confirm the payment. The credits appear in your balance right after payment, and the bot confirms the purchase; /balance shows the balance.

Credits are supplied immediately after payment. On the payment page you request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, as described in section 6 of the terms of use.

Contact

For support, payments and data protection, write to us through the contact form. Payment questions can also be sent with /paysupport, and /deleteaccount deletes your account and records. We answer within one month.

Never post personal health records, account credentials or private report links in a public support discussion.

Direct Oura connection

Not yet publicly available. We are preparing the integration and its review materials. You can already add activity and sleep using screenshots, text and supported export files.
